Have you listened to TobyMac’s amazing CD, “Diverse City”? Well, if you haven’t, you should. It’s a very fun CD to listen to, and it has a very upbeat sound. The reason I like TobyMac’s music is because it talks about religious things and gives them a hip-hop, funky flavor. My favorite song on this CD is the one and only “Diverse City.” I love this song because it’s fun to dance to. The song is about a city that has a ton of people who are diverse. Another good song by TobyMac is “Get Back up Again.” It’s a good song because it encourages people to never give up. I also think it’s a terrific song because it makes people feel more confident about themselves. So, if you’re ever feeling down or just need something to listen to, look up one of these two songs and you’ll feel better.

If you are interested in new kinds of music, a different kind of beat, and an all-new singer, try listening to Jeremy Camp’s album “Beyond Measure”! His upbeat sound is entertaining and will put you in a good mood. His song “Let it Fade” is smooth and can relate to everyone. I like it because it explains to the world a good message of God in an enjoyable, superior way. Another terrific song, “Tonight,” is fast, strong and optimistic.
Jeremy sings for everyone in a positive and religious way. So, if you want to have a great time listening to music, pick up a Jeremy Camp CD!

Owl City’s latest release, “Ocean Eyes,” is a wonderful CD because it has a nice, up-to-date sound. The band Owl City is the creator of the popular song “Fireflies.” I’m sure many of you students, teachers, and faculty have heard the song. This CD has 12 songs. The songs have appropriate lyrics for kids and teens. Some other songs are “Cave In,” “The Umbrella Beach,” “Hello Seattle,” “The Bird And The Worm,” “The Saltwater Room,” “Dental Care,” “Meteor Shower,” “On The Wing,” “The Tip Of The Ice Burg,” “Vanilla Twilight,” “Tidal Wave,” and finally, “Fireflies”! Wow! What a set list! Which of these songs appeal most to you? Why don’t you find out by listening to the CD? I’d highly recommend it!
